- Leasing Service: 50% – 75% of one months rent
- Basic Management Service: 6.5% of the monthly rent
- Full Management Service: 8.5% of the monthly rent
- Premium Management Service: 11.5% of the monthly rent
Our Premium service includes Eviction Protection and Guaranteed Rent to put your mind at ease. Some owners want us to handle every last detail, while others just want us to find a qualified tenant and they can take it from there. Whatever your needs are, we have the perfect service program for you!

Considering renting out your property? Tired of the late night maintenance calls? An experienced representative will meet with you at the property for a free, no obligation in-home consultation. We will do a walkthrough of the property, suggest any maintenance and/or upgrades, give an opinion on the current market value and a detailed explanation of our services. Jim is very professional and knowledgeable in what he’s doing.
In the initial meeting with us, he took time to go through all the details about
the renting “business” with us. He gave us some valuable suggestions
and listened to what we want as well. He answered straight-to-the-point
all of our questions. When our property was ready, he walked
us through and explained again what we signed and agreed. He is so easy
and friendly to work with. After we signed the contract he had his
employees contact us and kept us updated with the property activities,
such as how many showings, applications, etc. Our property was rented
