Negotiate, prepare & execute lease agreement with qualified tenants
Verification of renters insurance and transfer of utilities
Collect first month’s rent & security deposit
Provide tenants with keys, remotes, gate codes, parking passes, etc.
Move in inspection report with pictures (optional under leasing service, included with management)
Provide owner with a complete lease package
Once the leasing process concludes, we will then turn over the management of the property to the owner, or you can elect to add our
Management Service. The fee for our Leasing Service is 50 – 75% of one month’s rental rate and is payable only once we have found you a qualified tenant.
