Hammond & Hammond offers property owners two different programs to choose from: This program is for the Owner who wants to manage their investment themselves. We will do a pre-leasing inspection for Red Flags (to reduce Owner's liability caused by hazardous conditions or Code violations) and recommend corrective action to be taken. We will then procure the tenant, do an extensive credit check, draw the lease, collect the move in funds and submit all information to the owner. The owner would then handle the management of the property and tenant directly. This program is for the Owner who wants to have the professionals at Hammond & Hammond, Inc. handle every minute detail involved in managing their Real Estate Investment while maintaining major decision making authority. Our management program includes the benefits listed above in our Lease Only program plus our many additional management services listed below. Our management services include prepping the property for rental, rent collection, security deposit facilitation, move in/out inspections and pictures, periodic inspections, evictions, full service accounting (including paying mortgages, taxes, insurance, HOA dues, gardeners, poolman, supplying monthly & year end statements, and the owner's choice of a monthly check or direct deposit), handling & coordinating repairs and maintenance, and 24 hour on-call emergency service.
